All Products sold through this website are subject to these Terms & Conditions. 1. By using this Website, whether as a guest or registered user, you confirm and affirm that you have read, understood and that you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions in the form in which they appear at the time you are using the Website. You also warrant that you have the legal capacity to bind yourself to these Terms & Conditions. Fika's management reserves the right to amend its site and contents as and when it is deemed fit. 2. Delivery is free for orders $500 and above. If your order falls below S$500, there will be a delivery charge. This fee will be added to your order at time of checkout 3. All items are pre-order and lead time varies from 4-6 weeks. 4. Delivery must be acknowledged by the Customer or his/her authorised recipient on delivery invoice. The Customer should ensure that an authorised recipient is present at the delivery address during the selected time slot to receive the delivery, failing which we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee for each subsequent trip after 7 days of unsuccessful re-delivery. 5. Should any Product in the Customer’s order be unavailable for any reason whatsoever, we shall contact the Customer to arrange for an alternate delivery timing or change of order.
1. Customers are strongly advised to check the Products purchased at the time of delivery to avoid any possible dispute. All Products leaving Fika's Management have been checked for quality and quantity accuracy. 2. Subject to the Customer making a report to Fika's Management within 7 days of delivery of the order, Fika's Management shall exchange the Product if: a. The Product is delivered in a damaged condition b. The Product has a manufacturer’s defect. c. The wrong Product is delivered. 3. All sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. 4. All exchanges must be returned unused in its original packaging and condition. All exchanges must be accompanied by the original tax invoice as proof of purchase from Fika's Management. 5. Fika's Management reserves the right to collect, and the Customer shall be obliged to return, a Product that was not part of the Customer's order which is delivered to the Customer by mistake. 6. Fika's Management shall not be further liable for any damage loss or inconvenience of any form suffered whatsoever arising from any discrepancy.
